Monthly Digital Program:

The Brittany D. Costa Health and Wellness Digital Coaching sessions are a great way to take Brittany on the road with you as you travel or if you're learning from a distance. Monthly Digital Programs include weekly video chat sessions, weekly homework that includes fitness, nutrition and lifestyle programming and goals, measurement tracker, unlimited emails / texts (where applies) directly with Brittany throughout duration of program. There are limited numbers of Monthly Digital Programs per month, so please be sure to contact Brittany directly today to see if there is availability.

Private In-Home, Studio and Digital Fitness Training Specializing in:

  • Ballet Barre

    • Barre is a form of physical exercise using a ballet barre and incorporates movements derived from ballet, Pilates and yoga. Movements are based on small, isometric pulsing with an emphasis on form, alignment and core engagement. Exercises are done in small ranges of motion with high repetitions and low weight to help train the body in endurance. Much of the work focuses on the lower body, working the legs and glutes. The larger the muscle that is worked, the more calories are burned. You end up building more lean muscle mass and raising your resting metabolic rate, which can help you to produce more energy and expend calories.​

  • Total Body Conditioning

    • Functional training is essentially training the body for activities that are naturally done throughout in daily life.  Functional training started when it was used in rehabilitation where physiotherapists select exercises for their injured patients to work on that are meant to closely resemble the movements those patients do, such as body weight, resistance exercises and other movements that help the body to become stronger, more flexible and agile. This makes you better equipped to handle day-to-day activities as you continue to get older.  And, it can help you become less injury-prone. These are movements that require the body to press away or bring in, to lift or lower, as it would in everyday life.​

We move with ease, whether the movement is challenging or simple, exploring each position as we sink deeper and build strength. This sense of ease allows you to approach “hard poses” easily and efficiently, leaving space for the mind to get calm, centered and focused. We spend time opening up the hips and hamstrings, chest, shoulders and back, while also working on building balance and strength in those areas. Open to Everyone, you will sweat, you will get a workout, you will leave refreshed and energized!​

    • RELAX: Strala Relax is a simple moving flow that opens and relaxes the body, while calming the mind, helping to release tension throughout. We find the ease through all positions, by moving gently and exploring where we are, rather than forcing to be somewhere else. Our movements are head to toe feel good, with a special focus on Hip, Chest and Back Openers. We get happy, creative and intuitive, inspired by chill tunes and deep breathing.
