I was lucky enough to attend Brittany’s barre and yoga classes in Dubai. I had already taken a couple of ballet barre classes and – even as an ex professional dancer - still wasn’t sure how I felt about it. It was only after my first class with Brittany that I became really hooked. I credit her friendly and relaxed style and the attentive and energizing way she delivers her classes for that.
I subsequently took some private barre sessions with Brittany and was blown away by how precisely she was able to gauge my fitness level and deliver a maximum-impact workout, all the while keeping things fun and interesting. I felt muscle groups wake up that I hadn’t previously been able to target in my own workouts, I was super energized and noticed results QUICKLY within only a few sessions.
What I also really enjoy about training with Brittany is that she is able to offer expert nutritional advice, which is so important for any training and wellness program but is often overlooked. Brittany is truly a health and wellness coach in every sense and it reflects in her training approach and in her clients’ results.

I grew up as an athlete and never had to think much about maintaining my physique; playing sports and hitting the gym were just a part of my normal routine. However, in just 2 short years after graduating from college I had a new routine ofworking way too much and workingout way too little. I barely recognized myself and had to take some serious action.
I began training with Brittany in Westport, CT and in just three weeks of working out with Brittany, I had dropped about 15 pounds, inches from my waist, and saw tone that hadn't been there in years. After our 21-day program ended I continued to work with Brittany. Not only have I gotten rid of all the unwanted weight, I’m healthier than I've been in years. Brittany is fantastic to train with; she focuses on complete personal wellness, not just weightloss (though that’s definitely a plus!).

I have been very active throughout my life, bouncing from gym to gym to trainer to train in hopes of finding a place and coach that understood my fitness needs and goals and what it would take to get me the title of Miss Connecticut. No one has shown me as much experience or made me feel more at home than Brittany. She understands how to get that long and lean physique that I want to achieve. She is a trainer who practices what she preaches and is always eager to get down on the floor and do the work with you.
With hard work, the results began to show immediately. After working with Brittany for just three weeks I was able to take home the local title and best swimsuit! A few more weeks of hard work earned me the state crown and then from there working together I walked on the National Stage of Miss America confidently, earning me a top 10 spot!

When I started with Brittany I was at my poorest fitness level, due to my endless sinus / asthma attacks. I couldn’t hold a plank position for more than 30 seconds without initiating an allergy attack that would last for hours! However, after a couple of weeks of training, and following her nutritional advice I had finally took control of my allergies and totally stopped the need for its medication.
She taught me how to clear my Sinus passages by doing a few simple Yoga breathing exercises, which completely changed my negative attitude towards Yoga; now I can’t wait for our yoga sessions. After just a couple of weeks, I saw a major shift in my health; I not only regained my strength but I also saw a lot of positive changes in the appearance of my body.
Our training’s were a lot of fun; she made sure she kept changing it up each time, which challenged me and also kept me from getting bored. I can’t thank you enough for listening to my body and helping me overcome my dreadful allergies.

I began working with Brittany as a digital and live client in 2012 as I prepared for Miss Massachusetts USA pageant. Prior to working with Brittany I tried everything and always looked for a quick fix to weight loss. As I began my weight loss journey and road to Miss MA USA, Brittany educated me on different foods and the important of pairing various nutrients together. She also helped me understand my body and what each workout was focusing on.
I loved the workouts more than anything because everything was always full body so I would feel and see the difference on my entire body. I realized that food is fuel for my body. I would also strength train and was inspired to start running 5k’s as motivation to stay fit and give me short term goals to work on.
I never intended to lose over 75 lbs, however when I stopped focusing on the number and began learning about what to eat it all happened naturally! I ended up losing the weight and keeping it off for good, now I feel happier, healthier, lighter and more capable in my body.

What a fantastic time Lily and her friends had at Urban Yoga today! There was such a welcoming environment and Brittany was a skilled and enthusiastic instructor who really held their attention.
